Refunds: All refunds will be processed in the form of store credit. No refunds will be issued in cash.
Personalized Items: No returns, exchanges, or refunds are possible for personalized items.
We’d be happy to accept returns as long as the parcel is handed over to the carrier before the specified date and meets the following criteria:
- Unworn
- No signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

We can exchange products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Exchange Conditions
We’d be happy to accept exchanges as long as the parcel is handed over to the carrier before the specified date and meets the following criteria:

Exchange Value
The exchange value should be equal to or greater than the original item purchased. Any excess value needs to be paid by the customer.
Repairs
In the event of an exchange (including sizing issues), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Anushka Jain Jewellery reserves the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.
Ring sizes & bracelet sizes can only be exchanged up to +1/-1.
Repair charges are ₹500, excluding shipping.

Replating and Lifetime Warranty
Anushka Jain Jewellery offers a lifetime replating service for all sterling silver items purchased through our website or stores. This means that customers can have their sterling silver items replated or repaired for free at any time during the lifetime of the product, without any questions asked.
To initiate the replating process, customers need to email us at info@anushkajainjewellery.com. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item to us and the estimated time for the replating process.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Anushka Jain Jewellery, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.
The lifetime replating service is only available for sterling silver items and is subject to the discretion of Anushka Jain Jewellery. Items that are not made of sterling silver may not be eligible for the replating service.
