Lifetime Replating Service:
Anushka Jain Jewellery offers a lifetime replating service for all sterling silver items purchased through our website or stores. This service allows customers to have their sterling silver items replated or repaired for free at any time during the lifetime of the product, no questions asked.
How to Initiate Repair or Free Replating:
To process a repair or free replating, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
- Add your Order ID to the required field.
- Select the option to exchange with a Customer Executive for assistance.
- Choose whether you'd like to opt for Repair or Replating.
- Upload a clear photo of the item and follow the instructions provided.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Anushka Jain Jewellery at a cost of ₹200. We will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.
Eligibility:
The lifetime replating service is only available for sterling silver items.
Items that are not made of sterling silver may not be eligible for the replating service.
Eligibility is subject to the discretion of Anushka Jain Jewellery.
