-For your initial order, store credit can be provided for returns. However, after placing another order using store credit, that order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

2. Initiate the Return: Once your order details are displayed, select the item(s) you wish to return.
- Unworn and in its original condition.
- No signs of wear or damage.
- Original packaging (box, pouch, and tags) is included.
3. Follow the Instructions
- After selecting the item(s), follow the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal to complete the return request.
- You will be given details about packaging the return and the shipping carrier options.
4. Ship the Item
- Hand over the parcel to the designated carrier as instructed.
- Ensure the parcel is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as store credit.
- Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days after receiving the item.
6. Exclusions

Exchanges for Anushka Jain Jewellery
Exchange Conditions
We’d be happy to accept exchanges as long as the parcel is handed over to the carrier before the specified date and meets the following criteria:
- Unworn
- No signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
Exchange Value
The exchange value should be equal to or greater than the original item purchased. Any excess value needs to be paid by the customer.

Steps to Process an Exchange:
- Visit the Returns & Exchanges page.
- Add your Order ID.
- Select suitable options.
- Indicate if you'd like resizing, a different variant, or an entirely new product.
- Upload any necessary photos and follow the instructions provided.
Important Notes:
- Not all products are eligible for exchange. For items that cannot be exchanged, you can choose the Returns option instead.
- Resizing or exchanging the same product for a different variant will incur additional charges. These charges will be displayed during the request process.
