🔁 72 hours-Return/Exchange Policy
We accept returns/Exchange within 72 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
PROCESS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE 'HERE'
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact.
- Returns are not applicable on customized, engraved, or personalized products.
- Exchange can we be the same product (different size).
- Returns will be refunded as either:
- Store credit, or
- Refund to the original payment method (based on the reason for return).
📦 Return Shipping: Fee of the item is ₹50.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE SHIPPING CHARGES AND TAX WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.
No. Products purchased during BOGO, Black Friday Sale, Clearance Sale, or at a discount of more than 25%(including promotional offers, coupon codes, or automatic discounts) and personalised products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
Orders placed via store credits are not eligible for returns and exchange.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of receiving the order.
Each product is eligible for only one return OR one exchange.
Prepaid orders are refunded only to the original mode of payment or store credits.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are refunded only as store credit.
No cash refunds are provided.
Yes. A ₹50 return processing fee will be required while placing your return/exchange.
Refunds or store credits are issued only after:
- The returned product is received at our warehouse, and
- It successfully passes quality inspection.
