We provide a 5-year warranty for all our sterling silver jewelry, including free repairs and replating.

1. Visit our Warranty Portal.
2. Enter your Order ID and select "Warranty".
3. Choose a reason: Repair or Replating.
4. If opting for replating, select the variant (e.g., gold vermeil).
5. Confirm your shipping address.
6. Pay a ₹50 shipping fee (service is free, only shipping is charged).
7. Once the payment is made, your request is confirmed.
8. We will arrange pickup for your item, which you can track via the portal.
9. After we receive your product, we will create a fresh order for you.
10. You will receive an order confirmation and can track your new order.

• The 5-year warranty applies only to sterling silver items.
• Non-sterling silver items are not eligible for replating.
• Eligibility is at the discretion of Anushka Jain Jewellery.
