Need help?
We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery on eligible sterling silver jewellery.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including issues related to:
- Structural defects
- Stone setting faults
- Plating defects caused during manufacturing
❌ The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, or discoloration due to usage
- Damage caused by improper care, water, chemicals, perfumes, or impact
- Accidental damage or misuse
The warranty applies only to sterling silver jewellery.
Non-sterling silver items are not eligible for warranty or replating.
Warranty approval is at the sole discretion of Anushka Jain Jewellery after inspection.
To raise a warranty request, please follow the steps below:

- Use the subject line:
Warranty Required #AJJ*** (mention your order number) - Attach clear images of the product highlighting the issue
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility
Warranty service (repair or replating for manufacturing defects) is free of charge.
A ₹50 pickup / shipping fee is applicable for all approved warranty requests.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup for your product.
- After inspection and servicing, a fresh order will be created for you.
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details for the replacement or repaired product.
The entire warranty process may take 10–14 business days, depending on inspection and service requirements.
Anushka Jain Jewellery reserves the right to accept or reject warranty claims after product inspection. Decisions made by the brand will be final and binding.
