Refund Policy

The refund policy for Anushka Jain Jewellery states that eligible items can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery exchange within 14 days of delivery.

However, final sale items such as personalised pieces that are cut to order, sale/clearance items that show 'compare at' prices and can be found on the sale page, and items that show "final sale" at the time of purchase, including discounts and BOGO offers, are not eligible for refunds.

If a customer returns an unapproved product, including used products, it will be rejected and shipped back to the customer when possible. Anushka Jain Jewellery is not sresponsible for unauthorized returns that are lost or damaged in transit. After the return is received, it will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Please allow up to 10 business days from when we receive your return for your store credit to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday excluding national holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email of the refund, credit issued, or the new order placed.
