The warranty timeframe for Silver Jewellery, including gold-plated, gold-filled, or sterling silver is 60 days.

For Fine Jewellery, including solid 14K and diamond, the warranty timeframe is 120 days.

The warranty starts from the date the tracking is marked as delivered. If a claim needs to be filed, it must be done within 60/120 days of this date.

It is important to note that third-party purchases are not covered under Anushka Jain Jewellery's policy. Customers must contact the retailer directly for assistance with these purchases.

Additionally, there are no additional shipping fees for replacement orders, and replacements can be shipped worldwide (see the Anushka Jain Jewellery website for available countries). However, international replacement orders may be charged customs fees on delivery based on local tariff laws.
